Agricultural Nutrient Management Training Program
Multiple Dates
| Nutrient Management Voucher Training and Recertification Farmers who apply nutrients to 10 or more acres of cropland are required to attend this free applicator training course once every 3 years. Classes will be added to the calendar so check back for updates. Don't see a training session in your county? Please contact your county Extension office. |

Multiple Dates Beginning January 28, 2025
| 2025 Farmer Training and Certification Workshops Provides an opportunity for producers with cropland and pastures in Maryland who meet the minimum requirements ($2,500 gross agricultural income or 8 animal units) to learn how to write their own nutrient management plans. Interested producers may attend one of four sessions. Upon completion of this course, producers will become certified to write their operation's plan and will also fulfill the nutrient applicator voucher training requirements.

Nutrient Management Specialists from the University of Maryland Extension will be on hand to assist you in updating your nutrient management plan at various locations across Maryland on multiple dates beginning February 10.
