The Maryland Department of Agriculture is a primary agency within the State of Maryland government. The agency's legal authority comes under the Annotated Code of Maryland - Title 2 and the Code of Maryland Regulations (COMAR) - Title XV.
2022 Legislation
Every year during the Legislative Session, the Maryland Department of Agriculture (MDA) follows many bills that may impact the agency, agriculture, and its constituents.
