How is the Maryland State Government serving service members, veterans, and their families? In 2017, the Veterans Services Specialist Program (VSS Program) was established to improve the coordination of services for service members, veterans, and families in Maryland. Across government, veteran liaisons are available to answer state employee or constituent questions and provide general information on veteran related resources.
