NOTE: Before making application for certification as a commercial pesticide applicator, public agency applicator or pest control consultant, please read Pesticide Information Sheet No. 14, "Pesticide Applicator Certification and Business and Licensing Requirements," to make certain you qualify to sit for the certification examinations.

In addition, please click on the Licensing and Certification link for current examination dates and deadlines for receiving applications. Applications for examinations for initial certification or additional categories must be submitted at least one month prior to the examination date. There is no cut-off date for the submittal of applications for online examinations.
