I. Section 3 Pesticide
A. Submit the following information
- An EPA stamped approved label
- Submit a copy of the *Enforcement Analytical Test Method (EAM) for each product to be registered.
*The EAM should satisfy EPA requirement 830.1800.
B. Send the required information above to State Chemist at:

II. Section 25(b) Pesticide
A. Submit the following information
- A PDF of your label
- A copy of the safety data sheet
- The confidential statement of formulation
- The Efficacy data* which contains the following standards:
- scientifically valid
- reproducible,
- done with the product being registered
- include the raw data.
*Efficacy data must be provided for every claim made on the label.
B. Send the required information above to State Chemist at:
