The OneStop Portal has been implemented and most items are functioning as intended.

There are a few known issues that we are working through:
- Veterinary Hospital Application for New Ownership/New Locations of Existing Facilities are unable to search for some licenses to identify which hospital is being replaced.
- Continuing Education Credits are not recalculating in the reference table on user dashboards when edits are made to entries.
- Veterinary Hospital License are not showing certain contact information on the public list views.
- Some Licensees have not received the email inviting them to create an account. You may go to OneStop.MD.Gov and create an account using the email address on file with the Veterinary Board and your information will be available there.

Additionally, the Board reviews requests for approval of continuing education credits for veterinarians and veterinary technicians, provides information on the Board to the public through a web page, and works with the Veterinary Technician Committee in setting practice standards for registered veterinary technicians.
Our Mission
The mission of the Board is to protect the public and animal health and welfare through:
- Effective licensure of veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and veterinary hospitals under its jurisdiction;
- Effective discipline of veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and operators of veterinary hospitals under its jurisdiction, when warranted; and
- Adoption of reasonable standards for the practice of veterinary medicine in the State of Maryland.
Our Vision
A State in which the public can be assured of safe practices by all licensed veterinarians, registered veterinary technicians, and veterinary hospitals.
